A fun and interesting Big Dinghy regatta this Saturday - the rain ended in the morning, we saw clouds and sun and shifty winds. We had six boats - 4 different boats won at least one race, 24 K got a second, I believe everyone enjoyed the 5 short races.
Congrats to Colin and crew for their overall win! Mr. McGregor came second, and Christine and Rob were third.
The Dubucs had new standing rigging, Ethan had his beautiful newly-painted boat out (it’s no longer red), Mr. McGregor had a new main halyard. The Tostenson’s are still working away on their boat, and hope to be back with the fleet soon.
We’re happy the RC let us back in to this one - we think we fit well with the small boats.
