Wabbit National boat weights

The National Board of the Wabbit Class has issued the following statement regarding weights of Wabbits: '**************

Due to the apparent inconsistency of the fleet weights recorded by the scale used in 2010 to establish the 1000 lb weight limit the National Board has suspended this limit and returned to the prior 975 lb limit for the 2014 Nationals and all other races until further notice.

The Wabbit National Board is authorized by the Class Constitution to make changes as necessary to the rules between National class meetings. The Wabbit National Board currently consists of the Class Commodore (Bill Erkelens), the SF Bay Fleet Captain/boat builder (Kim Desenberg) and the Fleet Measurer (Ethan Petersen)
