Located on a private dock on Bethel Island- I don't know the last time the boat has been pulled from the water.

The boat originally was rigged for racing. Sails have been kept dry, in sail bags - off the boat. Has original removable engine mount. Boat has had only one owner and was purchased on the early 80's. I have been told the boat was kept in Bristol condition until the owner's illness about 12 months ago. Now needs TLC - a renovation project.

I am managing a Trust in which a sailboat needs to be liquidated. Unfortunately I cannot verify previous maintenance of the vessel. The boat is located at a private dock, so I have not posted the specific address without first speaking to interested persons.
