Extend your Wiver Wun!

Greetings Wabbiteers:

Are any of y’all planning to wun the wiver this year? If so, please consider making it a two-day trip. As you may have heard, Lake Washington Sailing Club will be holding our annual Dinghy Delta Ditch Run on Sunday, August 18. Our pursuit race goes from Rio Vista to the Port of West Sacramento where our club is located.

Any Wabbit that participates will be entered in the race and enjoy our hospitality of dinner and live music after the race free of charge. Did I mention that we’ve got a one-ton hoist. So, just leave your boat in the water at Rio Vista overnight on Saturday, join us mid-day on Sunday, pull out with the hoist in West Sac, have some grub, and then just trailer back an hour on 80 to your home base.
